Herausforderungen haben wir genug - und jetzt brauchen wir dich, um sie anzugehen Der Financial Engineering / Corporate Finance Schweiz ist für die Akquisition, Beratung, Strukturierung und die Umsetzung anspruchsvoller, komplexer und kundenindividueller Finanzierungs- und Beratungslösungen für Schweizer Firmenkunden zuständig. Er arbeitet dabei eng mit den Relationshipmanagern und Produktspezialisten zusammen. Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören: Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung und Analyse von komplexen Finanzierungslösungen Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von (Teil-)Projekten sowie bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Finanzmodellen, sowie Unternehmens- und Marktanalysen Mitarbeit bei und Review von Transaktionsdokumentationen (Finanzmodelle, Verträge, Term Sheets etc.) Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen sowie Vertragsverhandlungen Zwei bis vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Corporate Finance, Kapitalmarkt, M&A, Transaction Services oder strukturierte Finanzierungen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften Sehr gute kommunikative und finanzanalytische Fähigkeiten (einschließlich Excel Financial Modeling), gutes betriebs-wirtschaftliches und rechtliches Verständnis (Erfahrung mit LMA Dokumentation von Vorteil) Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Präzision, Vielseitigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, sicheres Auftreten und starker Teamplayer Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel und PowerPoint) Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch zwingend, gute Französischkenntnisse und Schweizer Mundart von Vorteil Die Commerzbank ist eine der führenden Grossbanken in Deutschland und eine der bedeutendsten Europas.
