DEINE AUFGABENAls Creative Strategist (m/w/x) bist Du Teil eines Teams von einzigartigen Menschen, die gemeinsam etwas bewegen. Du entwickelst Kommunikations- und Markenstrategien für globale Marken aus verschiedenen Brachen, die ihre Produkte und Services emotional aufladen und nachhaltig in den Köpfen ihrer Zielgruppen verankern möchten. #CreatingFans Dabei setzt Du Briefings nicht einfach stur um: Du hinterfragst, was Dein Kunde erreichen möchte, welche Botschaften und Vorgehensweisen dazu passen und welche kreativen Spielräume die Marke ausschöpfen kann. Deine kreativen Impulse, Dein Marktverständnis, Dein Gespür für upcoming Trends und Deine Analysen bilden den Ausgangspunkt für herausragende Kampagnen, Ideen und Projekte. Du berätst unsere Kunden fundiert und vorausschauend in allen Fragen moderner und erfolgreichen Markenführung. Dabei verstehst Du Dich als Parringpartner:in auf Augenhöhe - analytisch stark, mit Weitblick und einem Gespür für Next Steps Du bist geübt im Research von Daten, in der Anwendung von strategischen Tools und der Entwicklung von Insights.
