Tasks Your Role: Leadership Development Consultant You will be guiding professionals through a process of clarity and self-responsibility. Your conversations are deep, human, and far beyond classic sales. In this role, you will: Lead meaningful 1:1 conversations that reconnect people with their direction and potential Listen beyond what is spoken — and identify who is truly ready for real change Support decision-making processes with clarity and groundedness Build genuine trust-based relationships Contribute your experience without "selling" anything Work flexibly, digitally, and remotely You're not closing deals — you're helping people take responsibility for their next chapter. Requirements Who We're Looking For You will thrive in this role if you bring: 5+ years of real leadership experience (people, projects, or business) A reflective, self-aware, and authentic personality The ability to speak with people on a human level — beyond titles and roles A desire for personal growth and continuous learning Ambition paired with groundedness Strong English communication skills A preference for freedom over hierarchy, while still valuing financial strength Benefits Compensation & Framework Performance-based earnings: CHF 1,900 – 5,000 per client Average load: 10–15 hours/week Remote, flexible work Personal mentoring and structured onboarding included A team culture built on awareness, responsibility, and maturity — not ego This is not a traditional job.
