Your mission Have you ever seen yourself as more than just a financial navigator? As a Group Accountant, you won’t just steer our finances—you’ll chart the course for our entire financial strategy. In this pivotal role, you will harness your expertise to oversee advanced accounting operations and control functions, ensuring our group entities are on a steady path to success. As a Group Accountant Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for elevating our financial operations and consolidating our group’s performance. Your key responsibilities will include: Standardize LeaseTeq booking model : Define and harmonize the LeaseTeq booking models across all operating jurisdictions (CH, DE, AT) to ensure consistency and compliance. Manage technical implementation : Lead the deployment of the standardized booking models within Odoo, the company's accounting platform. Odoo power user & trainer : Serve as the Odoo platform expert, guiding and training colleagues on its use and capabilities. Prepare consolidated financial statements : Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP, as well as comprehensive management reporting. Establish operational SLAs : Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for critical operational finance processes, including collections management, cash control, and
