About Optiml Optiml is revolutionizing real estate with our Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) software—a new category of AI-powered technology that helps decarbonize buildings while optimizing asset & portfolio performance. Tasks Lead design and user experience (UX) for parts of our core product Ship deliverables (prototypes, UX flows, wireframes, UI mockups) to communicate and experiment with ideas Partner with team leads to prioritize initiatives in the roadmap Break down ambiguous problems & prioritize high impact work given some resource constraints Empathize with enterprise customers, impersonate them, identify their pain points and advocate to address them on a continual basis Distill insights from all parts of the organization into updated beliefs and eventually design principles Shape the design practice within the organization (documentation, workflows, frameworks) to support all design collaborators (Remote included) Requirements Who we are looking for Embrace Challenges: You prioritize speed and flexibility, adept at making swift compromises to maintain momentum. Must have 5+ years of experience in tech/startup company Extraordinary visual design skills and strong understanding of UX principles Proven experience designing data rich enterprise applications Ability to interface with business stakeholders Strong leadership & communication skills, capable of framing design decisions with clarity and intent.
