Key Responsibilities Conduct research on data and information relevant to donor inquiries.
Draft letters, talking points, and presentations to support donor portfolio managers in preparing for meetings with government officials.
Coordinate meeting logistics with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling and note-taking.
Organize departmental files using Share Point, recommending improvements for efficient information sharing across teams.
Collaborate with other departments to gather information or data addressing key donor-relevant issues or specific queries.
Utilize internal data systems and databases effectively.
Build a network of internal contacts to facilitate access to timely and relevant information for donor communications.
Key Metrics Production of high-quality analyses and data visualizations.
Delivery of donor information in clear, concise formats.
Timely responses to donor queries.
Creation of professional, polished documents for external audiences.
Essential A university degree in public health, public policy, public administration, international relations, development studies, communications, or a related field.
Proven ability to craft high-quality talking points and official correspondence in English.
Proactive, reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Desirable Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience in resource mobilization, working for a donor government, multilateral organization, or NGO.
Familiarity with Official Development Assistance (ODA) and related topics.
Languages Exceptional written English skills required.
Working knowledge of French is an asset.
