We recommend watching the recording of our previous livestream ( to hear former interns share their internship experience, get an insider’s look at different departments and pick up some tips and tricks from our recruiters to help you ace the application process Please note that the next internship program kicks off on March 1 (not September 1 as mentioned in the livestream).Your Mission Facilitate Fit and Wear Testing with Local and Global Testers:• Coordinate incoming footwear samples with Development stakeholders in Switzerland and Asia• Contact Tester, Plan and Execute Fit Testing• Plan wear testing through our testing App with global testers• Send out shoes to testers and act as their main point of contact• Process Data and prepare reports on Fit and Wear Testing Results Manage and Execute Local and Global Tester Recruitment: • Plan and Coordinate local tester recruitment events• Onboarding of new Testers to On• Ensure Tester satisfaction through events and goodies Support Performance Testing of Footwear:• Plan, Coordinate and Execute Performance Testing with our local external Testers• Coordinate with Sports Science on Objective and Subjective Data collection• Process Data and prepare reports on Performance Testing ResultsYour Story • Organizational Talent• Interest in Running• Basic Knowledge in Footwear construction• Basic Knowledge in Human Movement Science• Good Communication Skills in EnglishMeet The Team The Footwear Product Testing team’s mission is to empower product excellence through collaboration and expertise - combining consumer insights and scientific data to drive premium experiences, market-leading performance and guide strategic decisions.What We Offer On is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
