TLNT1_CH YOUR TASKS Als Rooftop Manager/in sind Sie verantwortlich für: Saisonale Leitung unseres Rooftop-Bar von April bis September Erstellung und Kontrolle der Dienstpläne sowie der Urlaubsplanung für Ihr Team Sicherstellung reibungsloser und gästeorientierter Abläufe auf der Rooftop-Etage Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste, um ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu schaffen Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams, einschließlich Feedback- und Beurteilungsgespräche Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und professioneller Umgang mit Gästebeschwerden Entwicklung innovativer Strategien zur Steigerung von Gästeservice und Umsatzpotenzialen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen des Hauses zur Optimierung des Gesamterlebnisses Übernahme von saisonalen Projekten und administrativen Aufgaben *** As Rooftop Manager, you will be responsible for: Seasonal leadership of our rooftop bar from April to September Creating and managing rosters and holiday planning for your team Ensuring smooth and guest-focused operations on the rooftop floor Personally attending to and advising guests to create unforgettable experiences Leading, motivating, and developing the team, including conducting feedback and appraisal interviews Ensuring compliance with quality standards and professionally handling guest complaints Developing innovative strategies to enhance guest service and maximize sales opportunities Collaborating closely with other departments to optimize the overall guest experience Taking on seasonal projects and administrative tasks YOUR PROFILE Das bringen Sie mit: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, idealerweise mit 2-3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und Organisationstalent, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, ein multikulturelles Team zu leiten Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit – Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten gehören dazu Kommunikative Stärke, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, für den Umgang mit Gästen und Teammitgliedern Stilsicherheit und ein gepflegtes, repräsentatives Auftreten Leidenschaft für exzellenten Service und ein Gespür für Trends im Gastronomiebereich Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Kassensystemen *** What you bring: Completed vocational training in upscale hospitality or gastronomy, ideally with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a multicultural team High flexibility and resilience – night, weekend, and holiday shifts are part of the role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with guests and team members A polished, professional appearance and confident demeanor Passion for outstanding service and a keen eye for trends in gastronomy Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus Strong computer skills and experience with POS systems YOUR BENEFITS Wir schenken unserem Rooftop Manager weltklasse Vorteile , einschliesslich, aber nicht beschränkt auf:  Rabatte auf Hotelaufenthalte und F& B in der gesamten Gruppe  Anerkennungs- und Belohnungsprogramme für Kollegen  Spannendes Angebot an Schulung- und Entwicklungsprogrammen  Weltweite Aufstiegs- und Versetzungsmöglichkeiten  Veranstaltungen und Wellness-Programme für Kollegen  *** We offer our Rooftop Manager world class benefits , including but not limited to:  Discounts on hotel stays and dining across the group  Colleague recognition and reward programs  An exciting range of learning and development programs  Opportunities for promotion and transfers worldwide  Colleague Social events and Wellness programs  Do you want to be part of this unique opening?   We look forward to receiving your application
