You will establish and lead a robust financial reporting environment that meets the highest professional and regulatory standards.This role is an excellent fit for someone withadvisory experience , deep technical expertise, and the ambition to build a best-in-class accounting function within a fast-scaling organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations & ConsolidationLead and own the accounting landscape for all Swiss legal entitiesEnsure high-quality, timely reporting underSwiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS , including complex consolidationsOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including intercompany eliminationsEstablish standardized processes, policies, and internal controls across the organizationTechnical Accounting & Regulatory ComplianceInterpret and apply accounting standards to new business activities and transactionsEnsure full adherence to Swiss statutory requirements (OR accounting, tax, VAT, regulatory filings)Manage annual audits, prepare audit documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditorsProvide authoritative technical guidance on revenue recognition, leases, capitalization, and group reporting topicsTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and develop a growing team of 10+ accounting professionalsBuild a culture rooted in high standards, analytical rigor, and continuous improvementProvide technical mentorship and drive upskilling of the accounting functionSystems, Processes & Internal ControlsStrengthen and scale theinternal control system (ICS)in alignment with audit- and PCAOB-level expectationsDrive process automation, system optimization, and data-quality improvementsCollaborate with IT and the CFO to enhance ERP functionality and financial data structuresFinancial Reporting & Strategic EnablementDeliver precise, decision-ready financial reporting to senior leadershipTranslate accounting outcomes into actionable insights for managementSupport board reporting, special projects, and analytical deep dives as the business expandsRequirementsYou likely bring experience from a Big4 environment inaudit, technical accounting, financial reporting advisory, or transaction services:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Master’s preferred)5+ yearsof progressive experience, ideally in a complex or multi-entity environmentDeep expertise inSwiss GAAP FER, IFRS, Swiss OR , audit methodology, and internal controlsStrong command of ERP systems and data-driven financial processesFluency inGermanand strong proficiency inEnglishPersonal AttributesHigh professional rigor and accuracyNatural leadership presence shaped by high-performance environmentsAbility to translate complexity into clarityThrives in fast-paced, mission-oriented settingsOwnership mindset, strong stakeholder management, and operational discipline“Insanely Great” for Families — NowWe deliver excellence and speed, always centered on the needs of caregivers.Speed is King — Radical FocusWe eliminate friction, prioritize what matters, and execute fast.Raise the BarWe expect A-player performance and continuous improvement.The Speed AlgorithmQuestion.
