Manufacturing Specialist Dairy Culinary SolutionsOur Nestlé Research and Development Center in Konolfingen (NRDK), Switzerland, develops for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging concepts in the areas of Milk, Dairy, plant-based and Nutrition products. This includes various process and filling technologies for liquid, powder or sterile products. In addition, it also provides technical assistance and engineering support for major Capital Investment Projects (CAPEX) to our factories.Position SnapshotPosition SummaryAs a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for process and technology development within Dairy Culinary Solutions. In this role, you will drive innovation and optimize manufacturing processes across our factories. Your solid understanding and hands-on experience with both can and aseptic filling technologies will ensure effective integration of process improvements and technology deployments, supporting the delivery of high-quality dairy and culinary products.A Day in the Life of a Manufacturing SpecialistDevelop, deploy, and optimize new process technologies in Dairy Culinary SolutionsContribute to R&D product and process development projectsProvide technical support for process, recipe, and filling line improvementsPropose and deliver technical and scientific support for projectsManage knowledge building and project activities, including team trainingPresent results and methods to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and productionWhat will make you successfulBachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology, food engineering, or a related fieldSolid previous experience in liquid dairy or culinary processingHands-on expertise in can and aseptic fillingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teamsGood interpersonal skills with a strong sense of business and technical interrelationshipsProficiency in English; additional languages are an advantageNestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
