Marketing intern Votre Impact @ Chanel  En tant qu'Assistant Marketing Mode, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien des activités marketing et l'animation de la stratégie client pour les points de vente du marché suisse. Vous contribuerez à renforcer l'expérience client et à assurer l'excellence de l'image de la Maison CHANEL en Suisse.  Vos Missions   Clienteling & Intelligence Client :   Assister dans l'analyse et le partage des indicateurs clients mensuels afin d'identifier des opportunités de développement.  Consolider et diffuser les listings clients (nouveaux clients, meilleurs clients, prospects) pour faciliter leur activation en boutique.  Participer à la définition des objectifs de clienteling et suivre la mise en place des actions auprès des boutiques et vendeurs.  Accompagner les équipes retail dans l'utilisation de l'application interne de clienteling et remonter les besoins en nouvelles fonctionnalités.  Communication Client :   Consolider les besoins de communication pour chaque collection (outils de communication physiques et digitaux).  Participer à la recommandation de ciblage et à l'analyse des performances des campagnes.  Soutenir la mise en place de stratégies cadeaux en boutique.  Engagement Clients :   Participer à l'élaboration du calendrier d'activations clients et à l'organisation d'événements (cocktails, expériences en boutique, événements de collection).  Coordonner la production des événements, en collaboration avec les équipes internes (press, formation, visual merchandising) et externes (traiteur, hotel etc…)  Effectuer une veille concurrentielle et partager les enseignements mensuels.  Job Conditions: An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions: The internship must be part of your study program. The internship must be required for the completion of your degree. The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits. Profil Recherché :   Étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou à l’université (niveau Master), vous avez une première expérience réussie dans le secteur du luxe ou dans l’événementiel. Vous avez un fort intérêt pour l’univers de la mode et du luxe. Votre réactivité, votre fiabilité ainsi que votre sens du détail et vos compétences organisationnelles seront des atouts essentiels pour mener à bien vos missions.  Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et appréciez travailler au sein d’une équipe multiculturelle. Vous parlez couramment anglais ; la maîtrise d’autres langues est un atout.  Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?  Vous rejoindrez une Maison iconique et participerez activement à son rayonnement sur le marché suisse.
