Title and Summary Director, Solutions Engineering At Mastercard, our Services team is a key differentiator, offering cutting-edge solutions that empower our customers to grow and tackle their strategic challenges. Our services, driven by data and innovation, include data-driven consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.We are seeking a Director, Solutions Engineering - Test & Learn with a strong background in analytics to play a key role in driving Test & Learn product sales in the European market and shape our Sales strategy globally with a focus on Retail & Commerce industries (Retail, Restaurants, Travel & Hospitality). You will be the go-to expert, diving deep into potential clients' data needs, and demonstrating how our analytics solutions can be tailored to offer them insights and value.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with our sales teams to diagnose client pain points, critical business issues and ways in which we can best position our analytics and Test & Learn capabilities for long term success• Support proposal development, ensuring that the analytics capabilities offered match the client's data needs.• Conduct tailored analytics demonstrations, showcasing the depth and flexibility of our Test & Learn solution to potential clients' specific data scenarios.• Bring relevant analytics and industry expertise into sales conversations, showcasing our depth and breadth of experiences and understanding of value creation levers• Develop analytical thought leadership to penetrate new accounts and departments, leveraging existing collaborations, sales dialogues and prior experiences• Represent the company's analytics capabilities at trade shows, webinars, and workshops.• Extensive collaboration with internal teams, including sales for supporting sales processes, consulting for delivery experts, and product for thought leadership and engagement strategiesAll About You:• Extensive experience in Advanced Analytics preferably in Retail, Restaurants, CPGs, or Travel & Hospitality.• Profound understanding of analytics and business intelligence approaches.• Stellar communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on conveying analytics concepts and connecting them with business issues• Strong collaboration skills with proven work experience in matrix-driven organizations.• A proactive, data-driven mindset with keen analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to engage and convince senior audiences in large-size organizations.• University degree in a relevant or quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance).
