This is an exciting opportunity to gainhands-on experience with cutting-edge planning systems, advanced digital supply chain tools, andthe Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. advertisement-mathysnew-bDutyHeadline What You Will Do Act as Global Kinaxis Deployment Lead, overseeing the design, development and the deployment of Kinaxis Maestro at Surgical US and Surgical International, in close cooperation and coordination with Business Units and IT. Act as a project manager to lead the roll-out of the Kinaxis Maestro platform, in close cooperation with the respective business units. Own the definition, deployment, operation, support and continuous improvement of the Global Supply Chain Control Tower, ensuring end-to-end visibility, proactive management of potential disruptions and providing real-time decision support. Drive maturity in predictive and prescriptive analytics to support proactive decision-making and identification of risks across Global Operations & Supply Chain. Act as Subject Matter Expert for Kinaxis Maestro and the Supply Chain Control Tower. advertisement-mathysnew-bRequirementHeadline What You Bring Core Professional Requirements Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning preferred), Operations or IT. Soundtrack record in Project Management and Change Management Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, results-oriented and assertive mindset. Quick apprehension and persistence as well as a high ability and willingness to learn and grow Good command of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) as well as in Excel and PowerPoint Effective communicator, able to simplify complex issues and influence Comfortable operating in a global matrix-organization with exposure to Senior Management. Fluency in English (B2 level or higher); additional languages (German and Italian) are a plus. Flexibility and willingness to work during evening hours as needed Travelling required based on project and business needs Preferred Professional Requirements Sound understanding of Planning processes (SIOP/IBP), APICS CPIM/CSCP certification Experience with Advanced Planning & Scheduling Systems (APS) such as Kinaxis Maestro, etc. Experience in designing, deploying and managing Control Towers and/or dashboards (Power BI).
