They implement medical procedures, adhere to protocols, and supervise staff. This dynamic role directly contributes to MSF's purpose, addressing crucial medical needs and promoting reproductive well-being. This is an exciting and diverse role involving some or all of the following: Responsibilities: Implement gynaecological and obstetric procedures to improve women’s reproductive health and reduce risks during pregnancy, delivery, and neonatology. Provide healthcare related to gynaecology and obstetrics, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Ensure implementation of MSF clinical policies, tools, guidelines, and protocols to minimise clinical risk and extend best reproductive practices. Collect quantitative gynaecological data and use management tools to improve outcomes and share knowledge among field specialists. Plan and supervise human resources processes for gynaecological staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to enhance capabilities and influence preventive practices. Supervise maintenance and operation of gynaecological equipment, manage drug consumption, and ensure pharmacy stock levels are updated and available. Depending on our activities and needs, your responsibilities may be adapted and evolve according to specific projects. You will not be facing these challenges alone—other MSF team members, both international and locally hired staff, will provide technical support, including extensive guidelines and protocols.
