Qualifizierungsingenieur/in im Bereich Drug Substance Hintergrund:Das Pharma Engineering ist auf der Suche nach passenden Kandidat:innen mit Erfahrungen in der Anlagen-Qualifizierung im Bereich Drug Substance (API Herstellung).Das Arbeitsumfeld umfasst Prozessanlagen, Medien, Energien, Raumluftkonditionierung wie z.B. Reaktoren, Fermenter, Zentrifugen, Reinwasser, Dampf, Autoklaven, Reinräume wie auch Kleinteilewaschmaschinen. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten: Erstellen von Qualifizierungsplänen /-report für die Phasen DQ-IQ-OQ-PQ gemäß Roche Qualitäts-System. Durchführung von Qualifizierungen in den Phasen DQ-IQ-OQ-PQ gemäß Roche Qualitäts-System. Erstellen von QPP (Qualifizierung Projekt Plan). Bewertung von technischen Änderungen an Anlagen hinsichtlich Einfluss auf den qualifizierten Zustand und selbstständige Abarbeitung von Requalifizierungsaktivitäten. GMP-konforme Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Zusammenfassung der aufgetretenen Abweichungen. Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen zu den aufgetretenen Abweichungen. Einarbeitung in eine elektronische Qualifizierungs- und Validierungssoftware. Must Haves: Abschluss in einem Natur- / Ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengang oder relevante Berufserfahrung.
