The Position At Roche/Genentech Pharma Product Development Global Clinical Operations (PDG) we are determined to transform drug development and realize our Pharma Ambition to deliver 20 transformative medicines addressing diseases with the highest societal burden by 2029. The Opportunity Drive strategic initiatives in Clinical Records Management focusing on increasing efficiency reducing manual work improving data quality and compliance and enhancing the support structure across clinical operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our clinical records management landscape. Develop and implement strategies for Clinical Operations Excellence initiatives that support our business objectives. Lead and contribute to projects that deliver strategic outcomes enhance clinical trial delivery and implement best practices. Provide subject matter expertise on a range of strategic activities to support the execution of our clinical trial infrastructure across different regions. Identify and drive continuous improvement and change management activities to solve complex problems and embed change within the organization. Participate in or lead vendor identification and build strong relationships to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials and/or enabling projects Who You Are Strong working knowledge of clinical trials and drug development or related expertise. Proficient understanding and application of ICH GCP and other regulatory guidelines. Ability to anticipate and influence the external environment to shape the clinical trial landscape for long-term success.
