Senior Consultant – Life Sciences Supply Chain Strategy

Job description Location : Zurich, Basel Work Pattern Percentage : 80% - 100% Are you passionate about shaping the future of supply chains? Ready to dive into cutting-edge technology and make a real difference for global clients? We are seeking a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Life Sciences Supply Chain Strategy team. This role focuses on drive operational excellence and business growth of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech supply chains. How you can make an impact Lead and support projects to analyse end-to-end supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations to optimise performance Collaborate with clients to design and implement supply chain strategies that improve manufacturing, distribution, and supplier collaboration Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, finance, and IT functions to build strong partnerships and align on strategic objectives Translate complex supply chain challenges into clear, actionable insights and management-ready presentations Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing, RFP responses, and client presentations focused on supply chain strategy, network optimisation, and resilience Support the development of innovative supply chain methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership materials on emerging trends such as supply chain digitalisation, sustainability, and risk management Independently manage workstreams or smaller projects, as well as the work of offshore team members Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
