The first floor of the Villa is dedicated to private events, meetings and receptions and conference rooms for up to 250 people. The jewel in the Villa's crown is the famous Principe Leopoldo Restaurant, while the Principe Piano Bar offers a snack and food bistro, cocktails and a refined range of cognac, whisky and spirits, with live music. For relaxation, in addition to the heated swimming pool, there is the DOT Spa: a space dedicated to wellness. Compiti: ottimizzare i ricavi attraverso un approccio analitico e personalizzato, garantendo che ogni scelta strategica supporti l'eccellenza dei servizi offerti e l'autenticità delle esperienze vissute dagli ospiti; monitorare costantemente l'andamento delle prenotazioni e l'occupazione delle strutture alberghiere; analizzare i principali KPI (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate) e proporre strategie per massimizzare i ricavi; valutare le performance economiche di ristoranti, spa e servizi accessori; definire e implementare strategie di pricing dinamico per camere, pacchetti e servizi; elaborare forecast settimanali, mensili e trimestrali, basati su dati storici e previsioni di mercato; identificare opportunità di upselling e cross-selling in sinergia con i dipartimenti operativi; supervisionare i canali di distribuzione online (OTA, sito web ufficiale, GDS); collaborare con il team marketing per promuovere offerte personalizzate e pacchetti esperienziali e interfacciarsi con il Front Office e il Team Vendite per garantire una gestione efficiente delle prenotazioni; ottimizzare la visibilità delle strutture sui principali motori di ricerca e piattaforme di prenotazione; effettuare analisi competitive per posizionare adeguatamente l’offerta rispetto ai concorrenti, individuare e anticipare i trend di mercato rilevanti, come turismo wellness, sostenibilità e lusso esperienziale; partecipare a fiere e incontri con stakeholder per comprendere le dinamiche del settore; laurea in Economia, Management del Turismo o equivalente; esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Revenue Manager, preferibilmente nel segmento hotel / luxury; conoscenza approfondita di sistemi di gestione alberghiera (PMS) e strumenti di analisi dati; ottime capacità analitiche e decisionali; orientamento al cliente e sensibilità verso le tendenze di benessere e sostenibilità; capacità di lavorare in team e di adattarsi a contesti dinamici; visione strategica e approccio proattivo; attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione dello stress; eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali; flessibilità e capacità di adattamento
