How You Can Make An ImpactWe are looking for an experienced System Administrator – Identity & Access Management (IAM) to strengthen our Swiss security team. In this role, you will manage identity and access systems, safeguard our cloud infrastructure, and ensure compliance with Swiss data protection laws and international security standards. You will contribute to projects across the organisation, support third-line escalations, and play a key role in enhancing our IAM processes and technologies. Administer and maintain IAM platforms and cloud-based access control solutions. Oversee the full user lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. Document and improve IAM processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Provide detailed design documentation and operational support for complex technical issues. Respond to security incidents and support vulnerability management. Collaborate with cloud architects, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams to integrate IAM with applications and services. Propose and implement improvements that strengthen security controls and add tangible value. Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
