Senior Consultant (TPR Integration & Change Management) (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Zug Start date: asap Reference number: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Responsibilities Co-lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice, and other system owners Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized Profile University degree or similar education Solid professional experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large-scale change across diverse markets Ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations is an advantage Fluency in English Benefits World-renowned pharmaceutical and medical devices company  Internal career opportunities  International and diverse environment
