Key responsibilities: Support a variety of continuous improvement initiatives within operational HR delivery, contribute ideas for greater efficiency and enhancement of service Provide administrative support to a highly visible program aimed at designing the future talent structure of Lonza Biologics Review, revise and maintain of a vast suite of HR-related documentation Create process-flow swim lane documents and ensure proper repository of information Administration and maintenance of certain key data within our ATS, Workday Perform regular audits of performance data Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support as required Key requirements: Studies around business, HR and / or technology Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
