Consultant User Help Desk (m/w/d) Festanstellung durch unseren Kunden Freiburg Startdatum: sofort Referenznummer: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Aufgaben Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs zentraler IT-Systeme innerhalb einer Unternehmensgruppe Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support mit Schwerpunkt auf Infrastruktur und Endgeräte Identifikation, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Schwachstellen in der IT-Infrastruktur Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer Wissensdatenbank für Endanwender und interne IT-Teams Installation, Administration, Wartung sowie Beschaffung von Hard- und Software im Rahmen des Assetmanagements Kommunikation mit internationalen Anwendern und externen Dienstleistern in deutscher und englischer Sprache Aufnahme einer Sonderrolle für den Knowledge-Base-Prozess Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie Erfahrung im Umgang mit heterogenen IT-Systemlandschaften und Netzwerken auf Basis von Microsoft-Servertechnologien Praktische Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Ticketsystemen, z.?B. Matrix42 oder ServiceNow, sind von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe und produktionsspezifische Anforderungen in einem internationalen Umfeld zu bewältigen Hohe Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen Interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
