Description du posteRattaché(e) aux équipes Produit & Technologie, vous êtes responsable du pilotage global du support applicatif WIZE, garant de la qualité de service, de la maîtrise du risque client et de la continuité opérationnelle. Vous occupez un rôle clé à la fois managérial, décisionnel et opérationnel. Vous intervenez directement aux côtés des équipes sur les sujets critiques et êtes le point de référence en cas de situation sensible ou de crise client. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Pilotage du support applicatif Superviser l’ensemble des demandes clients (emails, portail client, tickets). Garantir le respect des SLA et des engagements de service. Identifier et gérer proactivement les incidents applicatifs et situations à risque. Participer activement au support opérationnel (approche hands-on) en collaboration avec l’équipe. Décision, cadrage & gestion de crise Qualifier et prioriser les demandes entrantes. Définir, faire respecter et faire évoluer le périmètre du support applicatif WIZE. Arbitrer les priorités en cas de conflits ou de contraintes fortes. Être le point d’escalade et de décision en situation critique ou de crise client. Coordination & communication transverse Interagir étroitement avec les équipes Développement, Projet, Produit et Management. Identifier les clients sensibles ou les situations à fort enjeu. Assurer une communication claire, structurée et factuelle, en interne comme vis-à-vis des clients. Management & organisation de l’équipe Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences les collaborateurs du support. Identifier les surcharges, risques opérationnels et points de fragilité. Structurer l’organisation pour garantir l’autonomie et la performance de l’équipe. Amélioration continue & structuration Piloter l’activité via des dashboards (JIRA, SLA, incidents, volumes). Contribuer à la formalisation et à l’amélioration continue des processus support (SLA, gestion des absences, onboarding, documentation). Participer activement à la professionnalisation et à la scalabilité du support applicatif. QualificationsCompétences techniques & métier Expérience confirmée en support applicatif et support client sur des solutions logicielles complexes. Bonne compréhension des logiciels financiers (PMS, gestion de portefeuilles, trading, back-office). Connaissance de l’opérationnel bancaire : processus back-office, CRM, workflows transactionnels (un atout). Maîtrise des outils de ticketing (JIRA Service Management ou équivalent). Forte capacité de prise de décision dans des environnements à forte pression. Compétences comportementales Leadership naturel et crédibilité opérationnelle. Communication claire, structurée et orientée solutions. Sang-froid et capacité à gérer des situations tendues ou critiques. Sens aigu des priorités, du service client et de la gestion du risque.
