Job Description Your Key Responsibilities within the Controlling Team Financial Reporting & Compliance: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss OR and IFRS standards Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT declarations and other regulatory filings Assist in the coordination and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations Business & Financial Controlling: Conduct detailed revenue and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making Prepare and deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Treasury & Procurement Controlling: Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requests in coordination with group treasury Oversee procurement processes, including Purchase Order accruals and Coupa system support Ensure alignment of procurement activities with financial planning and reporting Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions Analyze deviations between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations Process Optimization & Digitalization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance and administrative processes Support the implementation of digital tools and best practices across the finance function Ensure continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, speed, and transparency Project Leadership & Integration Lead finance-related integration projects within the Swiss shared service organization Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions Support change management and training initiatives during system or process rollout Qualifications Your Profile • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounting or controlling • Strong knowledge of statutory accounting and IFRS • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), Cognos Controller, Coupa is a plus • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office • Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus What We Offer • A responsible and varied role in a dynamic, international environment • Flexible working hours and home office options • Supportive and professional team culture • Attractive fringe benefits and development opportunities Additional Information Ready to join a global leader in life sciences?
