Beschreibung: Du willst Generative-AI-Use-Cases "von der Idee bis in die Plattform" bringen – mit Fokus auf Qualität, Compliance und Business-Mehrwert. In dieser Rolle konzipierst du Lösungen (inkl. RAG & Agents), definierst KPIs gemeinsam mit dem Business und stellst die Integration in die GenAI-Plattform sicher. Konzeption & Design von GenAI-Lösungen (RAG, Agents) mit Data/ML/Cloud/Full-Stack. Business-Alignment & KPIs: Anforderungen erfassen; messbare Business-KPIs aus technischen Metriken ableiten. Plattform-Integration & Compliance: Sichere, richtlinienkonforme Integration in die GenAI-Plattform. Anforderung: Domänen- & Datenverständnis im Bankenumfeld; Arbeiten mit komplexen Datensätzen unter regulatorischen Vorgaben. GenAI-Know-how: Verständnis von RAG und Agents; Erfahrung in der Optimierung von GenAI-Anwendungsfällen. ML & Statistik: TensorFlow, PyTorch, fortgeschrittene Algorithmen (v. a. NLP, generative Modelle); Modellevaluation, Optimierung, Umgang mit Drift/Bias. MLOps: Python, Git/Versionskontrolle; MLflow, Kubeflow oder Azure ML zur Automatisierung von Training/Deployment.
