Aufgaben Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Design Patterns für das Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Identity- und Access-Management Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effektivität, Effizienz und Wirksamkeit Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung , Optimierung und Automatisierung von IAM Prozessen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Anforderungen, insbesondere die Überwachung von Applikationen Optimierung von Berechtigungskonzepten für Applikationen und zugehörigen Prozessen Überprüfung und Verwaltung von Berechtigungen (z. B. Rezertifizierungen) und Mitwirkung bei Automatisierungsvorhaben Planung und Umsetzung entsprechender Projekte und Massnahmen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern Anforderungen Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT-Security Spezialist Erfahrung und fundiertes Wissen in IAM-Lösungen, Authentisierungs- und Autorisierungsprotokollen Technologisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung, Automatisierung und API-Integration Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse Gute Englischkenntnisse Von Vorteil Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsstandards und -vorgaben im Bankenwesen Persönlichkeit Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten Starke analytische Fähigkeiten Hohe Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Freude an Arbeiten im Team We are a strong customer focused company working mainly for Top 500 companies.
