Quality Assurance Associate (m/w/d) Freiberuflich für ein Projekt in Teilauslastung Bern Startdatum: sofort Referenznummer: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Aufgaben Überprüfen und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen in den oben genannten Bereichen Management und Genehmigung von Abweichungen, leiten der initialen Risikobeurteilung, Unterstützung des Eigners einer Abweichung bei der Untersuchung der Ursache, Definition der Korrekturmassnahmen, Beurteilung des Risikos auf Produkte und Prozesse, sowie beim abschliessenden Untersuchungsbericht (Deutsch oder Englisch) der Abweichung Management von Änderunganträgen (Quality Delegate), unterstützt den Koordinator von Änderungsanträgen, klassifiziert und genehmigt diese, hat die Quality Oversight über Assessments und Aktionen von Änderungsanträgen und genehmigt deren Abschluss, und schaltet die Änderungsanträge in den Implementierungsstatus, nimmt Teil am globalen Panel zu Änderungsanträgen Unterstützung bei Qualitätsentscheiden vor Ort («Quality on the Floor») der oben genannten Organisationsbereiche zur Sicherstellung der Compliance. Periodische Rundgänge im Bereich Lager zusammen mit den operativen Bereichen Nimmt Teil an periodischen Meetings der oben genannten operativen Bereiche zur Sicherstellung des zeitlichen Abschlusses von Abweichungen, von Korrekturmassnahmen oder GMP relevanten Änderungen Unterstützt das Team beim Vertreten des Bereichs an Behördeninspektionen Fachreview und Genehmigung von GMP-Dokumenten der genannten Fachbereiche Unterstützung beim Optimieren von Systemen und Prozessen Profil Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Naturwissenschaften im Bereich Life Science, Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie oder einen Abschluss in Ingenieurs- oder Rechtswissenschaften Muttersprachliches Niveau Deutsch und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Englisch (C1), schriftlich und mündlich, gebunden mit starken Kommunikation- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Erfahrung in Abweichungs- und CAPA-Management im GMP-Umfeld sowie schriftliche und mündliche Behördenkommunikation Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse Benefits Spannendes Arbeitsumfeld Betreuung durch Hays während des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses
