Your Role As part of our Property Technician team, your main focus will be on the upkeep and maintenance of the facility. This includes maintaining green areas, outdoor spaces, and performing seasonal services. You will be responsible for patching drywall, painting, repairing flooring, doors, and windows, as well as handling basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and appliance servicing will also be part of your daily routine to keep the facilities in optimal condition. In addition to maintenance tasks, administrative work and experiences with the MS-Office packages are a key aspect of the role. You will liaise with logistics companies to coordinate deliveries, check and accept incoming shipments, store materials appropriately, and distribute them upon customer request. Managing goods received and returned, keeping stakeholders informed, and operating forklift trucks where needed will also fall under your responsibilities. Ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the facility is essential. You will be responsible for proper waste disposal and recycling, keeping entrances, walkways, and stairways free of ice, snow, and debris, and ensuring that corridors, escape routes, and shared areas remain tidy and accessible. As part of your role, you will oversee on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors, ensuring that all work complies with established procedures and local regulations. Additionally, you will obtain cost estimates for maintenance tasks, plan work efficiently within budget, purchase necessary supplies, and manage stock levels to ensure smooth daily operations. Your Profile Vocational training or certified electrician or experience in electrotechnical or building maintenance fields (electrician, facility technician, caretaker, or similar). Strong electrical experience—background in data center environments is a plus. Hands-on mentality with a self-organized and solution-oriented approach. Advanced knowledge on MS-Office and strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
