Job Description What you can expect As a Lead Data and AI Architect, you will join our team and work on exciting AI projects for the Insurance and Banking sectors. Job Requirements Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, along with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SRE, QA, DevSecOps, Agile). Deep expertise in leading complex technical and operational client projects in the areas of Data, AI, and Cloud. Strong record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and stringent functional and non-functional requirements. Experience of working with banking, insurance, or retail production environments is a great plus. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to speak and write fluently in both languages. Knowledge of French is an added advantage. 10+ years of professional experience in a leading software engineering role, either as a software architect or team lead. Ability to quickly identify and prioritise technological challenges, and provide innovative and relevant solutions, whether during an ongoing client project or in business development activities. Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Willing to travel, both within Switzerland and internationally, to meet clients or collaborate with our centres of excellence. Job Responsibilities This is a hands-on role, implying writing architecture/design specifications, code, performing code reviews, and being involved in all phases of software engineering. Supporting our sales team in pre-sales conversations with potential clients, RfP processes and demonstrating our capabilities and value proposition in the AI domain. Working on proof-of-concepts and prototypes to showcase the feasibility and impact of AI solutions for specific use cases and verticals. Advising our clients in technical workshops and throughout the entire client lifecycle, from conceptualisation to implementation and maintenance, assisting them in formulating their AI architecture, strategy, and development plan. Leading engineering projects from end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and trust, and fostering long-term partnerships. Working closely together with our centres of excellence, where you will coordinate and supervise the delivery of high-quality AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the client\'s needs and expectations.
