Tasks Your RoleStarting in January for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards, you'll support our medical team with key administrative and operations tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care. What You'll Do Provide solutions to clients or leads reaching out to us Coordinate with laboratories and healthcare partners Manage lab orders, prescriptions and lab results Handle no-shows and appointment planning Organising medical files (HIN) Support billing and general admin Support the followup consultations Improve operational processes ensuring a smooth workflow between the key stakeholders Requirements What You Bring Experience in (medical) administration or similar experience (in progress or completed) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy (HIN, online scheduling, CRM software etc.) Reliable and discreet with sensitive health data A true ambitious team player with a sky-is-the-limit mindset Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus Benefits Real-world healthcare experience in a fast-growing startup Supportive, interdisciplinary team and flat hierarchy Hybrid work setup (Zurich + remote) Inspiring work environment with outstanding purpose Opportunity to stay after the internship Excited to make a real impact?
