We are looking for a skilled D365 Solutions Architect, focused on CRM/CE. Responsibilities As a Solutions Architect, you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements analysis together with our consultants/project managers. Working closely with the consulting team, you will advise the client, design the solution, and document it. You develop customized solutions based on project and company requirements and assume overall conceptual responsibility for the customized solution design. As part of the solution-finding process, you guide the customer from complex needs to implementation options using standard Microsoft tools. If individual developments are needed, you prepare the technical requirements for implementation. You independently carry out customizations based on customer requests. Together with our innovative customers, you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. In your area of focus, you will support our sales team in presales activities.
