Salary: CHF 125'000 - 135'000 per year Requirements: • Completed degree (FH, University, ETH) with a focus on computer science or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years experience as a Software Engineer, preferably backend (Python or Java). • Good knowledge of large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic design patterns, generative AI, Model Context Protocol and machine learning. • In-depth understanding of modern software architectures and development best practices. • Experience in end-to-end building and operating scalable AI-based systems. • Proven experience in developing and integrating enterprise applications and solutions. • Knowledge of Dev Ops (Kubernetes), databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL), GCP ecosystem, API gateways (e.g., Apigee) and Pub-Sub technologies (Kafka or similar) is a big plus. • Fluent communication (oral/written) in English is a prerequisite; German skills and other foreign languages are a significant advantage. • Proactive, collaborative personality with a high sense of responsibility and didactic skills. Responsibilities: • Take a leading role in the AI journey of Hapimag by supporting the definition of the AI strategy and being a main part in its execution. • Challenge current processes and boost their efficiency by integrating AI features. • Oversee and implement AI-related features, from content creation to chatbots. • Drive the process of delivering new features for both customer- and staff-facing systems. • Play a key role in Hapimag's digital transformation process.
