Votre rôle sera stratégique : à l’interface entre la vision technique et la réalisation opérationnelle, vous contribuerez activement à la transformation de nos pratiques DevOps et à l’optimisation continue de nos projets. Vos missions principales Superviser et accompagner l’équipe d’ingénierie au quotidien. Définir et mettre en œuvre l’architecture technique et les bonnes pratiques DevOps (automatisation, déploiement continu, observabilité, sécurité). Concevoir, construire et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD robustes et scalables. Gérer et optimiser nos environnements cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). Assurer la supervision, le monitoring et l’alerte sur les infrastructures en production. Garantir la qualité technique des développements, effectuer des revues de code et proposer des améliorations continues. Collaborer avec les équipes produit et projet pour aligner les choix techniques avec les besoins métiers. Promouvoir une culture DevOps au sein de l’organisation (formation, sensibilisation, adoption des outils). Contribuer activement aux stratégies de cybersécurité et de résilience des systèmes. Profil recherché Diplôme Bac+5 en informatique, ingénierie logicielle ou équivalent. Expérience significative (5 ans minimum) en ingénierie logicielle et en DevOps, avec une expérience avérée en management technique. Solide maîtrise des environnements cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) et des outils d’automatisation (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD…). Expertise en conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes) et gestion de la configuration. Très bonnes compétences en développement logiciel (Java, Python, Go ou équivalent). Maîtrise des principes de sécurité informatique et des meilleures pratiques DevSecOps. Forte capacité d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d’optimisation d’infrastructures complexes. Leadership naturel, excellentes compétences en communication et esprit collaboratif. Compétences complémentaires appréciées Certifications DevOps, Cloud ou Agile (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, PMP…). Connaissance approfondie des outils de monitoring avancé (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK…). Expérience dans des environnements agiles/Scrum. Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
