À propos du rôle Our client is a large NGO working towards global health in Geneva.Their core business is very data-centric and Data protection is being set as a priority for , we are thus looking for a Consultant to support the Senior Manager in producing and analysing data- protection best practices and knowledge across the whole organisation. You will be working with all of the business teams within the NGO to make sure data is correctly sourced and used, and your number one goal will be to make the Data Security policies clear and understood across the NGO as a whole To top all this, you will be working in a very multicultural and collaborative environment. Descriptif des tâches Support the Data Protection Officer in the development and implementation of Data Protection policies and guidelines Develop and implement trainings to raise awareness Contribute to the efforts aimed at developing a culture of treating data as critical assets Participate in the monitoring of policies implementation and knowledge across all business unit Produce reports and internal communication material Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to help map data and assess risks Nous recherchons You hold a degree in data, legal, business or deemed equivalent You have strong verbal and written skills in English, any other language is an asset Previous experience with data: protection, analysis, policies or processes Aware of the importance of data and its protection in a business environment and its implication in a data-driven organisation Knowledge of Data Management Model /Methodology & knowledge of platform such as BI Tools/Salesforces is an asset Finally, you are solution-oriented, attentive to details and have strong communication skills
