Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Solution Manager. Conduct installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations across on-premise and cloud environments (Azure). Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning measures to ensure stability. Support disaster recovery plans and backup procedures for SAP environments. Collaborate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams for ongoing system improvements and new deployments. Interpret and respond to detailed business requirements to align IT capabilities with organizational needs. Coordinate upgrade activities and project planning. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and executing system optimizations and automation. Document technical configurations and processes thoroughly. Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies. Scout new technologies, run proof of concepts, and liaise with vendors to define SAP infrastructure standards.
