To cover a maternity leave, the FEI is seeking a full-time employee for its Technology Operations Department. This seven-month fixed-term position is due to begin on 1 February 2026, or on a mutually agreed date. The role is based in Lausanne. Service and Support Administrator Position Purpose The Service & Support Administrator will provide general administrative support to all stakeholders in the use of different FEI online platforms and tools. You will work together with other FEI Departments on a regular basis as well as communicate with external stakeholders such as National Federations and Organising Committees to assist them with their day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities Provide general support to Stakeholders in regards to FEI horse documents, registrations and health requirements Provide general support to different Stakeholders on the use of various FEI IT platforms Log, track, and escalate issues related to IT platforms and applications through a ticketing system Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts across applicable systems Provide back-up support to Service & Support Advisors as required Ensure data accuracy and quality in the FEI Database Provide general administrative support to the Technology Operations Department Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Entry-level to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, technology minded Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.? Proficiency in MS Office.? Fluency in English and French is essential.? Experience and knowledge of sport; equestrian sport is a plus You will be working in first class facilities, downtown Lausanne, accessible from public transportation within minutes from Lac Léman.
