Expanding operations into Germany and Spain. Role PurposeSupport the Financial Controller and Finance Director in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and broader financial processes. Transition AP function in-house to improve accuracy, control, and reporting. Contribute to financial reporting, forecasting, and process improvements during a period of growth. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable: Manage AP processes using Yooz, ensure accurate coding and timely payments, maintain supplier reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end close, VAT returns, cashflow forecasts, and management packs. Systems & Process Improvement: Lead migration to Pleo, be a super-user of Sage Intacct, and enhance AP efficiency. Candidate ProfileQualifications: Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, AAT). Experience: AP experience in SMEs or scale-ups; energy sector experience is a plus. Skills: Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and process development. Success Metrics100% invoice accuracy and timely processing. Timely and accurate month-end close. At least two finance process improvements in 12 months. Cashflow forecasting within ±5% variance.
