At Salona Consulting GmbH, we help people around the world reconnect with their Croatian roots and apply for citizenship by descent. From family history research to embassy appointments and final registrations, we guide clients through a meaningful journey that links the past with the future. We're a small, international team based in Lucerne — and we're growing. To support our marketing and growth activities, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to join us starting February 1, 2026. Tasks Your responsibilities As our Marketing Intern, you'll support our Marketing & Growth Specialist in: Creating and scheduling content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.). Assisting with blog posts, newsletters, and client communication campaigns. Researching trends, competitors, and new opportunities to reach our audience. Supporting the development of creative ideas to strengthen our brand. Helping with small projects related to rebranding, events, or campaigns. Requirements Who you are A student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Interested in digital marketing, social media, and storytelling. Strong written and spoken English; Croatian, Portuguese, or Spanish are a plus. Creative, organized, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment. You already hold a valid Swiss work permit — we're not able to offer visa sponsorship for this internship. Benefits What we offer A paid internship (60–100%) starting February 1, 2026.
