United Methodist Homes , a nonprofit senior living organization serving its -140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking C.N.A.'s to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT in our Assisted Living Community: Crosby Commons . Hours Offered: Part Time hours: Every Other Weekend Day Shift & Every Other Weekend Friday & Saturday evening shift. Duties will include but are not limited to: Assisting residents with daily and periodic personal care needs. Providing nutrition and caring for needs of residents. Obtaining temperatures, pulses, respiration, blood pressures, heights, weights, and other unit specific routines. Contributing to effective communication with residents and other staff members. Other related tasks, as assigned. Requirements: Current Connecticut C.N.A. license, in good standing. Genuine love and respect for seniors. Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation. Willingness to undergo a complete background check, including physical and drug screen.
