Together you will work on diverse, agile, and complex projects where your work has a real impact. You will be responsible for the following tasks:Taking over the technical project leadership of developers and integrators, incl. decision-making powerActing as the first point of contact for stakeholders, including close cooperation with project managers, clients, and other parties in project planning and implementationBuilding system architectures and defining the overall architecture of complex software systems in the Java Enterprise ecosystem (technology environment, e.g., Java, Spring, Angular, React JS, Kubernetes, Open Shift, Docker, SQL, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and AWS)Defining both functional and non-functional requirements and making design decisionsEnsuring the completeness and correctness of the technical specifications and documentationIdentifying, anticipating, escalating, and mitigating technical risksEnsuring and maintaining our high quality standardsWhat we're looking forA bachelor's or master's degree (ETH / university of applied sciences / university) in computer scienceBackground as a s oftware a rchitect or extensive tenure as a l ead s oftware e ngineer and interest in an architecture role5 or more years of experience in developing complex solutions in the Java Enterprise ecosystem, as well as proven experience with state-of-the-art architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven serverless architectures, SOA); CPSA-F or TOGAF Foundation certification is an advantageTrack record of leading client engagements, including workshops, meetings, presentations, and offersFamiliarity with identity and access management (IAM) is an advantageStrong communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to workProficiency in German and English
