Deine Aufgaben

Du definierst kundenzentrierte, bedürfnisgerechte und nachhaltige IT-Basis- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturlösungen und sorgst mit deinen Teams für deren Bereitstellung. Als Owner der Product Vision und der Roadmap schaffst Du direkten Mehrwert für unsere internen und externen Kunden. Zusammen mit zwei weiteren Product Managern hast du den Lead im Infrastruktur-Wertstrom.

Weitere Aufgaben sind:

  • Du trägst die Verantwortung entlang des gesamten Produkt-Life-Cycles, inklusive Definition und Priorisierung von Epics und Features im Agile Release Train (ART) Backlog.
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv mit anderen Product Managern und Product Ownern innerhalb des ART zusammen und kooperierst eng mit weiteren Stakeholdern (Business Owner, Projektleitenden und Fachpersonen).
  • Du stimmst dich mit den Architekturteams ab und sicherst so die Nachhaltig- und Wiederverwendbarkeit.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur digitalen Weiterentwicklung des Kantons bei.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verantwortung für IT-Basisinfrastrukturen als SAFe Product Owner, Product Manager oder in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweise in einem kundenorientierten Umfeld, in dem Veränderung und Innovationskraft von zentraler Bedeutung sind.
  • Visionäres und strategisches Denken mit starker Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität.
  • Gutes IT-Allgemeinwissen, insbesondere in den Bereichen RZ Infrastruktur, Netzwerk, Server und Servervirtualisierung.
  • Hervorragende Kompetenz in der Beratung unterschiedlicher Interessengruppen auf strategischer, operativer und technischer Ebene.
  • Erfahrung und Begeisterung für neue Technologien sowie agile Methoden wie SAFe, Scrum oder Kanban.
  • Bevorzugt abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik an einer Hochschule oder Fachhochschule oder vergleichbare berufliche Erfahrung.
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, verhandlungssicheres und authentisches Auftreten sowie stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
