We are seeking a professional Client Relationship Advisor to join a client-facing team supporting corporate and individual clients with advisory, portfolio follow-up and relationship management. The role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering clear guidance on client solutions, and supporting growth of an advisory portfolio in a professional services context. This position suits a collaborative, customer-oriented advisor who is organised, comfortable running client meetings and presentations, and experienced in managing client portfolios or accounts. Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid)Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and individual clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, coordinating internally to deliver timely and accurate responses. Prepare and present client proposals, advice notes and solution summaries. Lead informational sessions and workshops for client groups and stakeholders. Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up on client actions and commitments. Monitor client accounts and performance indicators, escalating risks or opportunities to management. Support commercial outreach and prospecting activities to expand the client base.
