Your main responsibilitiesDevelop an overarching and scalable performance monitoring concept for BESS.
Identify and prioritize the critical performance indicators (KPI)s and relevant stakeholders.
Lead project specific implementation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct market-research on tools and industry best practice, thrive implementation of performance monitoring systems and relevant stakeholder reporting.
Design early warning systems to detect and address potential performance issues.
Ensure warranty compliance by monitoring system operations.
Work closely with technical and legal teams, project and asset management.
Your profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Proven track record in energy systems performance analysis (5+ years), ideally in the field of utility scale BESS.
Strong skills in data analysis (Python, SQL, Excel) and SCADA systems.
In-depth understanding of BESS technology, including lithium-ion batteries, power electronics, and thermal management.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
Fluency in English; additional languages (German/French) are a plus.
