We are building both the platform and initial high‑quality applications that populate it.ResponsibilitiesDesign and ship end‑to‑end features: design architectural decisions that span the data model, API, and UI using Type Script, Node.js, and React.Build the "AI‑Native" experience: collaborate with AI researchers to integrate LLM capabilities, manage complex state required to stream AI responses while maintaining a responsive, seamless UI.Own backend and frontend quality: optimize API latency, data access patterns, background workflows, React render performance, state complexity and bundle size.Operate with high autonomy: take features from vague problem statements to production, clarifying requirements, proposing solutions, implementing and validating.Drive engineering standards: champion code quality, add unit, integration and e2e tests, logging, tracing, and user analytics for observability.Partner on product decisions: work closely with product and design kukhala shape platform capabilities, challenge assumptions and iterate.Qualifications7+ years of experience building production web applications and distributed systems.True full‑stack: highly proficient in both backend (Node.js, SQL/No SQL, API design) and frontend (React, modern CSS, state management).Type Script native: leverage Type Script across the entire stack.Strong product sense: care deeply about UX and pragmatically build with performance in mind.Curious & adaptable: excited by the intersection of AI‑driven development and sovereign web technologies.High ownership: thrive in fast‑moving environments, taking ideas from concept to independent deployment.Bonus SkillsExperience with Postgre SQL and event‑driven architectures.Familiarity with marketplaces, app platforms, SSR, SPA trade‑offs and SEO.Knowledge of Dev Ops (Docker, Kubernetes, observability).Interest in Web3 or blockchain‑based systems.Location & Work ArrangementsThis is a hybrid role based in our Zurich office, with a requirement of 3+ days in the office per week.Employment DetailsSeniority level:Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type:Full‑time
