Your mission As a Software Consultant at myneva, you play a key role in the successful implementation of our software solutions for clients in both inpatient and outpatient care. With your technical expertise, you ensure a smooth rollout and support our customers in leveraging the full potential of our products. Your contribution is essential to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty, thereby driving the success of our company.Your responsibilities:Planning, installation, and configuration of our software solutions. Independent execution of assignments and technical projects, from requirements analysis to go-live. Development of customized solutions and architectures for individual needs. Setting up interfaces, performing updates, and making adjustments. Analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues in projects. Supporting the support team with technical challenges. Documenting all relevant processes in the CRM system and ensuring a comprehensive knowledge base. Actively shaping and optimizing our processes, standards, and tools. Training our customers' employees in the use of our software. Close collaboration with product management, development, and sales to create customer-oriented solutions. Your profile Successfully completed studies or training in the IT field. Experience in system or database administration or software development. Solid knowledge of SQL / T-SQL and MSSQL database systems. Expertise in networking technology, operating systems, and applications. Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is a plus. Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills. Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
