As a Senior Operational Risk Specialist, you are a seasoned professional dedicated to strengthening the risk management and resilience framework of a distinguished private banking institution based in Geneva. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting the risk management team, ensuring a robust and adaptive approach to operational risk in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsabilities : Evaluate and enhance the control environment, pinpointing critical controls to mitigate risks effectively. Develop and roll out a second-line control testing framework to ensure the integrity of risk management processes. Conduct control tests as defined, ensuring thorough assessment and validation. Sustain and update the risk management framework to align with evolving regulatory and business needs. Prepare and deliver reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to address risk exposures. Your profile : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Switzerland, with a focus on audit, operational risk, or business risk management, ideally within the private banking sector. Proven expertise in conducting control testing and assessments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize issues and make informed decisions. Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organization. Ability to work autonomously while managing complex tasks efficiently. Exceptional organizational capabilities to handle multiple priorities. Fluent in English, with additional language skills (French) considered an advantage. #LI-CB1 #boost
