About us:Foldini is born in Zürich - a concept that reimagines Italian pasta traditions with creativity, freshness, and soul and rounds out an all day offering with delicious coffee.In February 2026, we’ll open the doors of our first pop-up at Zürich Main Station (HB), a place to share our love for pasta fresca, good energy and great culinary experiences rooted in simplicity.This is just the beginning. We’re dreaming much bigger: bringing Foldini and our meals to new cities and new people. Exploring new flavours and combinations. Making coffee its own thing. Always with the same spirit as on day one.If you’re passionate, curious, and ready to grow with us, we’d love to have you on this journey.TasksThe job you'll be doing:You’ll be a key part of the Foldini team, working hands-on in daily operations related to our coffee offering — preparing and serving coffees and keeping everything running smoothly.Your goal: deliver high-quality coffees quickly, consistently, and with great customer service.Responsibilities and tasks that you master:•Take orders and handle payments•Prepare coffee variations (espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato and others)•Serve customers•Keep the coffee station and service area clean and organised•Follow hygiene and food-safety standards at all timesRequirementsSkills, experience and qualifications that you bring with you:•Experience in a coffee shop or gastronomic establishment with a dedicated coffee offering•Good barista skills: preparing and decorating coffees•Basic organisation skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting•Friendly, reliable, customer-focused attitude•Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and busy hours•Languages: German and/or EnglishHow to apply:Simply fill in the application form. We are looking for people to join us with ca. 60% capacity as a barista (typically morning shifts) for February - April 2026.
