Senior Back (Type Script) EngineerSenior Backend Developer - Web3 Infrastructure (Type Script & Rust) Location: Lausanne, Switzerland | Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days remote/week) Type: Permanent | Start Date: Flexible | Workload: 80-100% Are you a backend engineer passionate about building performant, scalable systems and eager to explore cutting-edge technologies in the Web3 space? We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join a fast-growing De Fi project backed by a highly technical team and a strong crypto-native vision. ð§ Your Mission Architect and implement high-reliability backend services (using Type Script & Rust) that support core blockchain-enabled products. Build APIs, data pipelines, and internal tooling to streamline platform scalability and performance. Participate in the full development lifecycle"from system design to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent, secure, and robust system behavior. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops automation. Continuously improve code quality, performance benchmarks, and developer experience. ð ïž Tech Environment Core Stack: Type Script ( microservices), Rust (growing footprint) Web3 / Smart Contracts: Solidity (EVM), Hardhat, multi-chain deployments (ETH, BSC, Arbitrum, etc.) API / Data: Graph QL, Apollo, No SQL, Redis Infra & Dev Ops: AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, CI/CD, monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS Culture: Clean code, code reviews, test coverage, end-to-end ownership, pragmatic use of new tech â What You Bring Must-have: Strong experience in backend engineering with Type Script in production environments. Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and containerized infrastructure. Interest in Rust and motivation to upskill in a Web3/Rust-native ecosystem. Familiarity with modern Dev Ops tools and CI/CD practices. Excellent communication skills in both English and French. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments with a high degree of autonomy. ð Bonus Points Prior exposure to De Fi or blockchain technologies. Experience with protocol integrations or backend systems interacting with smart contracts.
