Apply now TLNT1_CH Your main tasks Ensure the physical and telephone reception of our clients Organize appointments for treatments, massages, wellness programs, packages, personal training sessions, etc., to optimize therapists' working time and promote the variety of services offered Manage the billing of spa services Promote spa treatments and products while providing clients with professional advice Systematically optimize client satisfaction Promote the various services of the hotel and the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group Apply the hotel's and Leading Hotels of the World quality standards Your profile You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, which must have been gained in a spa within a luxury hotel. Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. Proficiency in computer skills is essential. Knowledge of Spa Booker is an advantage.
