Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals. Drive initiatives for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention through effective marketing programs. Analyze marketing campaign performance, provide insightful reports, and recommend data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in a HR tech - Work tech industry is a must Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing strategies. Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and tools, including analytics platforms. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Strong understanding of current marketing trends and emerging technologies. Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into actionable marketing plans.
